Is it possible for you to have a gestational sac with a negative pregnancy test?

Unusual: There are very rare instances where a gestational sac can be in the uterus with a negative pregnancy test. Most of the time when something is seen with a negative pregnancy test it is just fluid or blood, not a sac.
