NO guessing: Your scan was done way too early to be valid. It tells us nothing. Physicians never guess when it comes to pregnancy. Since you have one positive and one negative it may be wise to go get the pregnancy blood test at your local medical center.

Likely no: After a negative pregnancy test and ultrasound showing no pregnancy the likelihood of being pregnant is very slim. You could now repeat the home pregnancy test or get a blood test for confirmation. Good luck.
