Not unusual: That is not that unusual. Often the sac won't be visualized until 8 weeks. As long as your BHCG levels are rising and they do not see any evidence of a tubal pregnancy, try to relax and be patient. Most OB's won't even have you come in untold 10 weeks because that is about the time the heart beat will be noticeable.
