Get opinion OB/GYN: N eed to check medical condition like diabetes, thyroid disease, smoking and drug use. Secondly test for disease cervical incompitence. Other possible differential diagnosis is uterine infection, UTI and inflammation of uterus called chorioammionitis. You need to be examed thoroughly before you get pregnant, need to get IV antibiotcs for uterine infection.
