Not likely: The adenoid pad is located directly behind the nose, making its removal tricky. Adenoid removal typically involves going through the mouth and looking backwards with a reflective mirror. In order to suspend the soft palate, a red rubber catheter is placed in the nose and wrapped out the mouth. Some remove adenoids with an endscope through the nose. Either surgery isunlikely to deviate a nose.
