3yr old having thick sometime clear or yellowish from his nose but is thick.. no fever, he has enlarged adenoids.. what could be the reason and cure.

? rhinosinusitis: meaning inflammation / infection of his nasal passages / sinuses, enlarged adenoids would add to the problem, kindly see his pediatrician for possible need of antibiotics or an ENT evlauation, meanwhile, use saline nasal washes liberally at least once or twice a day, best wishes
