My daughter had her adenoids removed and has a hard time breathing from her nose is this normal or does she have to redo the procedure again? thanks

They are : Two different parts of the body and two different problems. Glad the adenoids is now fixed. She may have allergies causing difficulty to breathe. She will need to see her doctor for scripts of nasal spray , allergy meds eg Claritin , Allegra , zyrtec, xyzal (levocetirizine) etc . You can use otc antihistamine in the meantime. Take meds daily till two weeks symptom free. Else relapse big time

Nasal structure: The nasal passages are lined with special membranes designed to add moisture to the air we breathe before air gets down to the lungs. That membrane is sensitive to allergens & irritants like dust, smoke, fumes, dry heat , etc. All of which can make the linings swell to a thickness that blocks the nose on either or both sides.
