Possibly: This needs a systematic approach to diagnosis and may require some invasive procedures, depending upon what non-invasive studies reveal. It may take several visits to the doctor to have this all worked out. Could be very benign, but cancer must be excluded so that aggressive treatment can be started if it is present.

Possible: Histoplasmosis and granulomas more common in midwest. Comparison with old x-rays or ct is very helpful. New multiple lesions, and growth of lesions inclines to cancer.
