Lung ct report reads " 3 x 4mm well circumscribed slightly spiculated nodule in lower right lobe.because of margins 6 month ct scan suggested" had right lobe pneumonia at the time. does this sound like cancer? should she wait the 6 months?

Need more informatio: The background History is very important for the doctors to do any diagnostic testing. So tell us why you had the CT scan done in the first place?
Your age is against the diagnosis of Lung Cancer. Tell us if you smoke? If so how much?
Unless you have some lung symptoms, I would not be too concerned right now. A repeat CT scan in 6 months is appropriate unless you are too anxious waiting(?4 months
