It depends: It depends on how fit you need to be. If you worked out hard twice a day for an hour or more you could make some significant increases in your fitness level in a couple weeks. You could also lose a few pounds. You are not going to make much more progress than that in two weeks. There are no shortcuts.

Short answer-no, but: Try thinking in terms of degrees. To use a cliche, fitness isn't a destination, it's a journey. If you start eating healthier foods and start a reasonable exercise routine (that takes into account current fitness level), you will definitely feel better and be more fit in two weeks. Even more so in 4 wks, six weeks, etc. Important thing is to start, take one day at a time, not overdo it, .
