Wisdom tooth: Still healing. If problem still there in 3-4 weeks have it checked. No cold drinks.

A different tooth: A tooth in the proximity of your extracted wisdom teeth could have a cavity or the root could be exposed and cause the tooth to feel sensitivity to cold. You should ask your dentist to check it out. Good luck and it should be an easy fix.
