No: S2 (racepinephrine) sacral or talovs cysts are actually fairly common. Once in a while they can be symptomatic but your right hip is innervated by l1-l2 and L3 nerves. So they are unrelated. S2 (racepinephrine) cysts would cause buttock pain.

Talk to your doctor: The "cyst" is most likely what we call a "tarlov" or "perineural" cyst, and represents a dilatation of a nerve sleeve without consequence.
Your pain is likely related to a compression of a branch of the sciatic nerve, or possibly to right hip arthritis. You should be examined by your doctor.
