Maybe: Cyst at s2 (racepinephrine) sounds like a tarlov cyst. Thats a fluid filled sac that normally doesnt cause pain and requires no treatment. On rare occasions it can be large enough to put pressure on nerves or erode bone to cause pain. Therefore i would have a physician tell you why you're having low back pain before you see a chiropractor. If the cyst is incidental like it most likely is, doing some traction is ok.

The cyst is most : Likely a tarlov cysts, also known as perineurial cysts, which is an incidental finding on your mri, and which is likely not causing any symptoms. Hence no treatment is usually needed for this cyst. A lumbar traction program is not needed for this cyst. However, if you were doing physical therapy, including traction for some other lumbar pathology, be rest assured that it should not affect the cyst.
