After bike n swim, hip joint inflamed. sometimes pain n electric shock sensation when i stand n twist body left n right. lumbar mri fine. what's wrong?

Arthritis/bursitis: The hip could have osteoarthritis, which can be diagnoses by xray. If the hip is tender on the outer side, it could be a bursitis, which responds well to local steroid injection.
Lumbar MRI often doesn't show pinched nerve, which can cause electric shock. Responds well to lumbar traction/physical therapy, or even epidural steroid injection.
