Extra beats: A PVC is the abbreviation for premature ventricular complex, psvc in this context would imply a premature supraventricular complex, more typically called a pac- premature atrial complex. Both are types of early beats. This is a relatively uncommon notation in a report. I suspect the number behind the abbreviation is the number of complexes during the test. Both numbers are low.

Extra beats / skips: During the stress test, there were two extra coming from the lower chamber of the heart or ventricle. These are called pvcs. There were five extra beats coming from the upper chamber of the heart or atrium. These are called pacs or psvcs. These extra beats or skips are benign. The computers used to document stress tests now simply quantify them on the report.

Early beats?: Acronyms are not always standardized on echo reports. However PVC and psvc may stand for premature ventricular (bottom heart chamber) and supraventricular (top heart chamber) contractions; respectively. You may have had 2 and 5 of each, during the echocardiogram recording. Commenting on the significance of this requires more information. See cardiologist.
