Is acmas programs really beneficial for kids brain and learning abilities ?

I did a search: On yahoo and no relevant programs turned up. In general neuro cognitive training has limited short term benefits but people who are promoting this are trying to sell this to insurance agencies, the government and to general public to ask them to pay for these training programs which have questionable long term benefits.
