Yes: There is a program at the institute for human potential in philadelphia that is worth while investigating. I use diet control and vitamin supplements and in spite of the negative attitude of many physicians, it does actually work.

To some extent, yes.: "Overcoming Dyslexia", from Dr. Sally Shaywitz' research using functional MRI scans to show that different parts of the brain activate during reading tasks in readers vs. non-readers,reveals that 9 mos. of multimodal reading instruction 4 hrs./day, 5 days/week normalizes brain activation pattern in non-readers. Reading decoding & fluency may remain below 5th %ile, but parallel curves of readers.
