"Chemo brain": "chemo brain" is a common term used by cancer survivors to describe the thinking and memory problems that can happen during/after cancer treatment. Other causes than chemotherapy may result in cognitive dysfunction in cancer patients, though. Although the confusion, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, and memory problems can definitely affect learning, it's not a formal learning disorder.
