Is increasing pain during bowel movement a sign that my possible endometriosis is at a more advanced stage or does this occur with mild endometriosis?

Yes: Increasing pain with defecation can be a sign of worsening endometriosis. Make sure there is no other cause for your pain. Make sure you are not constipated and increase fiber in your diet. Advanced endometriosis can present in the posterior cul-de-sac causing painful defecation.
