What are the symptoms of endometriosis? i have extremely painful periods. i cant have bowel movements due to pain. pain travels down legs and under feet. lots of period clots. also pain during ovulation. ultrasound clear

Early : endometriosis, will not show on ultrasound, and you have all the symptoms. Treatment with medication can help. Diagnoses may require laparoscopic surgery to see the endometriosis and obtain biopsies.
