Several: Your question lends itself to being evaluated in a more urgent setting than this forum since your cirrhosis complicates the clinical picture. Blood in the urine suggests your ability to clot blood is low, and if you have ascites ( fluid in your abdominal cavity) it may be infected (acute bacterial peritonitis) . Regardless, it is in you interested to be seen by a doctor today.
