Pain in my left abdomen near bottom ribs & low back. blood & wbc in urine, no pain with urination. ct scan normal. thirst, nausea, malaise. stopped taking topamax (topiramate) when the pain started. what's wrong?

Abd pain: Lots of things in the list of possible causes. Blood and WBC in urine..were you menstruating at the time? Liver function, kidney function, thyroid function blood work and blood chemistries would be helpful. Normal CT of (abdomen?) reassuring. Keep in touch with your doctor. Best of luck.
