No need for concern: High Folic Acid levels either indicate that you are taking a lot of Folic Acid through your diet and/or vitamins or you cannot process Folic Acid and so it builds up to high levels in the blood. This can be due to a genetic abnormality called mthfr, which can be tested through a regular blood test. Treatment is usually a different form of Folic Acid called methylfolate along with methylb12.
