See below: I would rest both your wrists and stop using them elevate both hands and rest above the heart put ice on them 20 minutes every hour and try to get some type of splints (rice) and go see an orthopedic surgeon in the morning.. Just because you can move your fingers doesn't mean your wrist cannot be broken/fractured/ cracked etc good luck thank you.

Get help: Chances are that it is a fracture, rather than a sprain. However, even a wrist sprain can also be serious and require treatment. People think that a bone is not fractured if it moves, but that is not true. See your doctor and get x-rayed and examined.
