Go sugar free: If all of these items are not sugar free, then you can be creating a wonderful acid bath and food haven for bacteria to attack your teeth and cause cavities. Sugar free is better, especially if it contains xylitol, which bacteria cannot metabolize to create acid.

Wow: The only thing more harmful would be if you also smoked. You have extremely high carbohydrate intake which can 1) be converted into acids by the bacteria on and in between your teeth, causing tooth decay, and 2) trigger type ii diabetes. Please see a nutritionist for alternatives. Ask your physician for a recommendation.

Wow, All that sugar: Do you have any teeth left? You are consuming way too much sugar. Try xylitol. Mints and gum instead of sugary ones. Xylitol is actually good for your teeth. That much sugar causes tooth decay, obesity, and diabetes. Learn more about healthy diets.
