Hi i have a small clear bubble thats mildly annoying on the inside of my mouth just under my bottom teeth on the lower gums. i believe its a clogged salivary gland or something but any ideas? is it possibly something to be concerned about? thanks?

This sounds like a mucocele -- as you suggest yourself, a blocked gland. Entirely harmless. Google it to see photos.

You have a MUCOCELE or a RANULA both are of a salivary gland connection. The MUCOCELE can go away and then reappear and the RANULA can be excised. Both are not serious lesions and can be treated by an ORAL SURGEON.
