It depends...: There is no exact time. Alcohol and Acetaminophen (tylenol) are both metabolized by the liver. The more you stress the liver with one, the less of the other that can be safely ingested. For example, an alcoholic with cirrhosis could potentially have problems with as little as 2 grams of Acetaminophen in 24 hours...And a young healthy person could take a moderate dose of both without any problem.
