how long am i suppose to wait after drinking alcohol before taking tylenol (acetaminophen) for my headache?

Depends: Alcohol is never a good mix with any medication of any kind as it changes the chemistry. Also depends on how much alcohol you drank and how long the body takes to metabolize it. This you need to ask you physician as they would be in the best position to know how your body functions.

Also depends on how much Tylenol U take: two extra-strength tabs R close to toxic level.
