How long should you wait to drink alcohol after taking the recommended dose of extra strength tylenol (acetaminophen) pm?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Alcohol: I may be going against the grain here, but please if you are drinking do not use any product with acetominophen or tylenol (acetaminophen). I have seen too much liver damage from this over the counter medication, especially those with other diseases or who drink regularly. Tylenol is toxic to the liver. And this toxicity can increase with ongoing use of both of these products: alcohol and tylenol (acetaminophen).
