Tylenol (acetaminophen) + alcohol: Alcohol will actually cause an increase in the toxic byproduct of tylenol (acetaminophen). This is a very dangerous combination.

No.: It is ill advised to consume these together. Both are metabolized in the liver and concurrent use can be dangerous.

How many hours after taking tylenol (acetaminophen) can I drink alcohol?

The danger in mixing: Alcohol and tylenol (acetaminophen) is not direct, unless we're talking about large amounts of both. Some heavy drinkers develop glutathionine deficiency. Glut protects the liver from the toxic effects of tylenol (acetaminophen) & glut gets used up as it detoxifies tylenol (acetaminophen). Healthy people can handle reasonable amounts of these poisons. If you chug a whole bottle of booze or tylenol (acetaminophen), you may not live through it.

Acetaminophen+Alcoho: Taking Acetaminophen and drinking alcoholic beverages increases the liver toxicity of both products. It is therefore unadvisable to take Acetaminophen along with drinking alcohol.
