Irregular bleeding can be caused by many things, some serious/some not: stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, lack of sleep, hormonal disruption, uterine fibroids/ endometriosis/ adenomyosis, ovarian problems, a tumor, or miscarriage. The pink color is not concerning. If the irregularities continue, talk to your Gyn Dr for a check of your uterus and labs.
