Wellbutrin (bupropion): Yes, there is a low risk of seizures with wellbutrin (bupropion) -- but not usually at the dose you're on. Also the risk is even lower since you have no history of seizures either -- and presumably no eating disorders, electrolyte problems, or brain tumors. Hopefully the medicine will deliver the desired effects for you. Be well.

Very uncommon: It is very unusual to have that or other serious problem without a history of seizures or eating disorder with electrolytes imbalance (you would already probably know if you had this). Usually very well tolerated. Ask your dr. Best wishes.

Low risk: The rate of seizures in people taking bupropion is less than one-half of one percent higher when compared to people who aren't. If you have no history of seizures, that risk is negligible.
