Believe her: Sounds like you have had a pretty good work up. We have a saying in medicine - when you hear hoofbeats, look for horses, not zebras. Your doc has already looked for zebras (a brain tumor) and they weren't there. A horse, such as labyrinthitis is much more likely. Trust your doctor. If you don't, get a second opinion.
