Brain imaging: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (mra) are indicated for patients with suspected central causes of vertigo including those with other signs or symptoms of brainstem dysfunction.

Believe her: Sounds like you have had a pretty good work up. We have a saying in medicine - when you hear hoofbeats, look for horses, not zebras. Your doc has already looked for zebras (a brain tumor) and they weren't there. A horse, such as labyrinthitis is much more likely. Trust your doctor. If you don't, get a second opinion.
