Not necessarily....: Nodes enlarge from not just malignancy but also from inflammation or infectious processes....Your symptoms don't exclude a simple or worsening upper respiratory infection. If you smoke...Quit...Nothing good comes from smoking except for cancer scares, cancer and a poor pocketbook/wallet and use this scare to motivate you to quit. Meanwhile follow up with your primary physician for your issues.
