Pulmonary infection: You can talk to the doctor who made the diagnoses and find out what is going on. The info you have provided is a little confusing. Does your son have cystic fibrosis? Or did he develop a pneumonia at the right lung base? You really need to communicate with his doctor. Good luck and hope your son is better soon.
