Sub-Q Emphesema: Subcutaneous emphesema is a condition where air makes its way under the skin. It may be noticed as air blebs or crackles under the skin. This may happen from a pneumothorax (burst lung tissue) which potentially may happen from a big valsalva (bearing down) like with a big bm. Go get it checked out asap.

Bubbles under skin: When you feel "bubble under skin that pop/fizz", that is usually air under skin called "subcutaneous emphysema". It usually means air escaped from the lungs into the skin and may even go down between the lungs ("pneumomediastinum"). Seeking immediate medical attention is imperative, as air can infiltrate through many anatomic structures. I think your other post stated pneumomediastinum (see answer.
