For the last year or two, i have this weird sounds in my throat. it feels like bubbles popping at the bottom of my throat. i feel it and i can hear it. it does not happen when swallowing. usually at night or when sitting still. painless?

I would call this a muted burp, nothing more. I would not worry about it. I can see of no relationship with this symptom with some bad condition.
