Need to reassess: Your description of her symptoms is far more consistent with another explanation, such as migraine issues, and i would not feel that these problems are due to amitryptiline. However, she could be developing a peripheral neuropathy or even a problem affecting brain or spinal cord. Contact your physician and investigate the numbness and imbalance further.
