Thyroid ultrasound: From your question, it appears you are pregnant, your thyroid tests are normal (that total T4 is typical of pregnancy), and your thyroid u/s does not really suggest anything of significance. A 4 mm cyst is of no concern. Why was the u/s done? Enlarged thyroid? You may have an element of autoimmune thyroid (hashimotos) which is currently dormant, but could affect you postpartum.

TSH is normal: Since your TSH is normal, it is possible that your thyroid is being stimulated by your pregnancy. However, it may also be unrelated, especially if you have had thyroid issues prior to becoming pregnant.
