My tsh is o.886 and my t4 is 1.40 ,my thyroid is larger on one side than the other. i had an ultra sound was normal should i go to an endocrinologist?

Possibly, if:: Your TSH and Free Thyroxine are within normal range. If your physician felt one side of thyroid was somewhat larger than the other but your thyroid Ultrasound is normal no additional studies or treatment is necessary, unless the enlargement is significant and very noticeable. In the latter case a trial of thyroid hormone(thyroxine) may, or may not, reduce the enlargement.
