Endometritis?: I am not a gynecologist, but some of the symptoms u report (fever, sweats, abd/pelvic pain, etc.) suggest endometritis, or an infection of the endometrium. Any procedure (like a D&C) on the uterus raises the risk of an infection. U shd talk to the Gynecologist who performed the procedure, or get a 2nd opinion if necessary. Other poss exist but endometritis can spread to the abd, blood stream, etc.
