Probably: Sounds like you are on track. Some pain with flexion to 90 degrees or beyond 3 months after meniscoplasty is common. If you ask the surgeon who performed the procedure he will probably advise you to wait 6-12 months post operatively before becoming concerned. Don't forget the knee is a major weight bearing joint subject to a lot of force.

Yes: You can have swelling in the knee for 6-9 months after surgery and this will restrict full flexion as well as cause some discomfort in the knee until all the swelling goes away.
