Depends: Some degree of improving soreness or swelling after repair is normal; I would just make sure your surgeon is aware as it might also be a symptom if the repair has not yet healed.

What knee MRI mean? Lateral meniscus: abnormal anterior horn at and adjacent to the root ligament attachment. Tear and early meniscal cyst formation.
Does pain from a suspected meniscus tear improve with anti-inflammatories? I still have popping, but it hurts less. Bending is still painful though. Bottom of knee is sore from the popping?
