Comf. shoes: Hopefully u r working where they'll allow you to wear comfortable shoes( tennis shoes like a nike air)...Expect your feet/ ankles to be swollen and sore for several weeks once u begin working. Elevate your feet after work and consider taking a NSAID when u get home.Good luck!

Varies : Probably the simplest thing would be a work boot that goes above the ankle. The other option would be an ankle lace up type support. Sometimes taking an anti-inflammatory may be helpful as well. Thank you.
