Take oils separately: It is wise to not take oils and minerals together as oil and minerals combine to make a soap! it might be best to take your vitamins and minerals after breakfast and omega 3's after lunch or dinner magnesium tends to be relaxing and is better absorbed on a empty stomach so is best before bedtime.
