Normal: That's normal. The reason is: your exercise induces a large amount of endogenous catecholamine (adrenalin) which causes the heart to produce an occasional premature beat. This will be more frequent if you've been sweating as you lose potassium and magnesium through perspiration that must be replaced. Prickly skin is non-specific and and just an involuntary (autonomic) nervous system response.
