38 years old face flushes and head feeling hot and throbbing for no reason been having heart palpitations just wondering if they could be linked had a clean ecg so not sure if the flushes are linked to palpitations?

Palpitation does not cause facial flushing but these 2 symptoms may happen together in carcinoid syndrome. You should see your doctor when those symptoms recur, especially if you have diarrhea at the same time. Take care.
