Unlikely: Lymph nodes enlarge for many reasons, often in response to a local focus of inflammation. Would monitor this and if it does not go down in a reasonable time period, it becomes firm to touch and fixed to underlying tissue might begin to become concerned. Lymphoma conceivable but doubtful.

Unlikely: Lymph nodes that 'pop up' suddenly are not likely from lymphoma. If lymph nodes remain enlarged for 4-6 weeks, then they need to be evaluated by a medical professional. Lymph nodes in the region of the jaw might indicate mouth or teeth problems.
