An ultrasound scan showed 2 lymph nodes 5 mm on the right and 4 on the left side in my neck under jaw. what is the proper diagnostic? is it lymphoma?

It may be: normal. A 5mm lymph node in the neck generally would not be considered enlarged. If the lymph nodes are otherwise normal in shape and appearance, they are probably nothing to worry about. Talk to your doc about the results.
