Tired: Make sure to eat healthy, exercise daily, get a good amount of sleep every night, drink plenty of water, and try to do activities that reduce your stress. If you work at an office where you are sitting down a lot, try walking around or stretching your legs every half hour or hour to get your blood pumping. Hope this helped :].
